PROGRESSIVE SPRING

The 10th generation Civic Type R is equipped with an adaptive damping system that electronically controls the damping force on each of the four wheels with exceptional precision. The system is so precise that it instantly detects the slightest driver input as well as every reaction from the vehicle.

SPOON SPORTS has developed a progressive shock absorber spring capable of delivering even more advanced driving feel and control performance while maximizing the adaptive damping system.

Once the SPOON SPORTS springs are installed, the vehicle's ride height is reduced by 20mm. The spring rate is also increased by approximately 10%, which does not compromise ride comfort compared to the original springs. These springs are very versatile, allowing you to enjoy the car's performance both on the road and on the track.
